 The Fairtax Act:
The FairTax plan is a comprehensive proposal that replaces all federal income and payroll based taxes with an integrated approach including a progressive national retail sales tax, a prebate to ensure no American pays federal taxes on spending up to the poverty level, dollar-for-dollar federal revenue neutrality, and, through companion legislation, the repeal of the 16th Amendment.
The FairTax Act (HR 25, S 296) is nonpartisan legislation. It abolishes all federal personal and corporate income taxes, gift, estate, capital gains, alternative minimum, Social Security, Medicare, and self-employment taxes and replaces them with one simple, visible, federal retail sales tax  administered primarily by existing state sales tax authorities.
The FairTax taxes us only on what we choose to spend on new goods or services, not on what we earn. The FairTax is a fair, efficient, transparent, and intelligent solution to the frustration and inequity of our current tax system.

The FairTax:
  • Enables workers to keep their entire paychecks
  • Enables retirees to keep their entire pensions
  • Refunds in advance the tax on purchases of basic necessities
  • Allows American products to compete fairly
  • Brings transparency and accountability to tax policy
  • Ensures Social Security and Medicare funding
  • Closes all loopholes and brings fairness to taxation
  • Abolishes the IRS

The 1st Amendment:
I believe we should go back to free speech and get away from political correctness.
I feel people are more apt to report suspicious behavior, acts and people if they are free to do so without the threat of being called a racist.

 The death penalty
I support it.

The 2nd Amendment.
I support our right to carry and own firearms and will champion gun owners rights.

A bill to limit the amount of pages in a bill:

I will champion a bill to limit the amount of pages in a bill to no more then 100 pages. I feel that if you can limit the amount of pages in a bill you will be able to cut down on excess spending.
There will be no reason not to know what you are signing or voting on.

Secure the Borders, and Let Immigrants Work In the Age of Terrorism, to say that we cannot secure any one of our borders is a dangerous sort of defeatism. I support appropriations for the U.S.-Mexico border fence approved by Congress and the President. I do not support rewarding the act of illegal entry into this country with citizenship, but I do support allowing those undocumented workers who are already in this country to continue to work and thus help the American economy continue its expansion.

Federal Term limits believe that many of the problems in Congress today are a result of good people spending too much time doing one thing and doing it away from their traditional roots. I support an amendment to the Constitution to limit US Representatives to four terms in the House, and to limit US Senators to two terms in the Senate. If elected to the US House in 2010, I pledge to voluntarily vacate my seat after four terms
